Best Ways To Take Care Of Your Skin

The most traditional common and easy skincare routine involves the following steps
  • Cleansing your skin 2-3 times.
  • Exfoliate on alternate days.
  • Applying gel-based serum or simple aloe vera get
  • Use Eye cream or spot reduction serum if required

Deep Cleansing with a good facewash

For healthy skin, your facewash should be the best. Never ever use soap on your face as it is very harmful. Always try to use a face wash that is SLS free or paraben-free. If you want crystal clear skin Korean skincare facewash. There is plenty of facewash available in the market but my favorite face was is from Innisfree which is a gentle, non-toxic face wash, and I wash my face morning and night (and after bouts of excess sweating) to ensure that skin and pores are free bacteria. Even if you skip washing face once you can notice an increase in pore size, oily skin, and even acne.

Applying Facepack

Face masks and Face packs are the perfect skin care treatment to help you with your skin care concerns. The right face mask can help hydrate skin, remove excess oils and help improve the appearance of your pores. They’re also an excellent way to help pull out impurities.

  • Apply paste of crushed Cucumber.
  • Coffee and Honey Face Pack.
  • Oats and Lemon Face Pack.
  • Turmeric and Lemon Face Pack.
  • Turmeric and Tomato Face Pack.
  • Yogurt and Dried Orange Peel.
  • Yogurt and Lemon.
  • Milk, Lemon Juice, and Honey.
  • Milk and Saffron.

Gently Exfoliate Your Skin

Exfoliation is really important to get rid of dead skin cells from your body. But using a exfoliator with ingredients like alpha hydroxy acids (AHA) from fruit acids that naturally slough off dead skin cells is really good one. Most of the people scrub their skin with full force which ultimately make it dry and patchy. It is common that when your skin is dry and flaky you always get tempted to scrub with abrasive ingredients. But you should resist the urge to scrub or exfoliate instead moisturize your skin! Scrubbing cause skin irritation or even break the delicate capillaries in the skin. I always avoid harsh chemical products but I use some home made exfoliators. My favourit one is made up of raw coffee. You can use any coffee powder available at your home.

Ingredient – 4-5 spoon coffee powder, brown sugar in powder form 4-5 table spoon, 3 Tablespoon honey, 2 tablespoon milk or milk powder.
How to use coffee scrub – Just mix all the ingredients and apply all over your body. Start scrubbing gently. Keep it for 10-15 minutes and you will notice a significant complexion difference in your skin tone and texture.

Daily Moisturizer Your Full Body

Not only your face but your full body needs moisturizer thus without taking any break apply any moisturizer on your body regardless of your skin type – dry, oily, combination, or acne-prone – maintaining a healthy moisture routine and balance is extremely important. Proper moisture keeps you glowing and helps prevent dry, flaky skin, and keeps skin cells performing at their very best. Moisture will definitely help prevent fine lines and wrinkles from forming. For the face, you can use a moisturizing serum that works to keep skin hydrated, balanced, and nourished.

Serum is my favorite skincare task and I believe morning is a great time to use a serum with antioxidants—like a brightening vitamin C serum as they protect your skin from free radicals you’ll encounter throughout the day. Nighttime to use a moisturizing serum with hyaluronic acid, which keeps your skin from drying out at night, especially if you’re using anti-aging or acne treatments that can irritate and dry out the skin. Serums can also contain exfoliants such as alpha-hydroxy acids (AHA) or lactic acid. Whatever you’re using, always remember: Water-based serums should go underneath moisturizer; oil-based serums should be applied after moisturizer.

Clean Air

Oxygen is really important for overall functions of our body thus breathing in the clean air is important. It has been seen that heavy air pollution, smoke, and artificial bad odor greatly impact skin health by forming free radicals and skin irritations. Try to hang out in “clean air” environments when possible. If you live in a congested area then the best thing you can do is to do yoga in the morning hours because air pollution is less at this time.

Antioxidants gives power to your skin

Antioxidants neutralize free radicals, so it’s important to fuel your body with these hardworking ingredients.

Try to use natural products with antioxidant ingredients (Vitamin C, Green Tea, Olive Leaf, Licorice Root, and Turmeric) and incorporate them into your diet. Cucumber, Papaya, Blueberries, sweet potatoes, strawberries, and broccoli are all good food sources of antioxidants. Remember, you feeding your skin from the inside is important!

Exercise on Daily Basis

Exercise – like doing yoga or going for a run – helps to increase blood flow to the skin to help keep it clear and free of toxins. It also helps to decrease stress, which we know from experience can have an unsightly effect on the skin. Remember, to wash your face with SLS free facewash after exercising to remove any sweat!

Water is the Key to Healthy Glowing Skin

Drinking water brings the natural glow on your skin. If you don’t feel the urge to drink water, you should eat some fruits such as cucumber, watermelons, or any other fruit having more water content. Water will feed the skin from the inside, helping to keep it nourished, clear, soft, and supple. If you are Dehydrated then you will skin challenges such as dry and cracked skin. Your skin will prone to acne and blemishes without water. Ensure that you’re drinking plenty of water each day and eating foods that are hydrating as well.

Sun Protection

Sun Protection may be the last step in your skincare regime, but nearly any dermatologist will tell you that sun protection is the most important part of any skin-care regimen. Sunlight is necessary for our skin to produce Vitamin D but too much sun rays can seriously damage the skin permanently. Sun rays give permanent dark complexion to the skin. It not only can it dry it out, but it can also create damaging free radicals, which we know contribute to unwanted fine lines, blemishes, sunburn, wrinkles, and dark spots. Sunscreen acts as a first line of defense against the sun’s harmful rays and should always be worn during prolonged times of sun exposure.

Protecting your skin from UV rays will prevent many harmful effects of sun exposure such as skin cancer and signs of aging such as unwanted fine lines, blemishes, sunburn, wrinkles, and dark spots, also Reverse Aging and help you Stay Young forever. If your regular moisturizer doesn’t contain SPF, you still need to wear sunscreen after an application of moisturizer. For chemical sunscreens, wait 20 minutes before going outside for the sunscreen to be effective. Always purchase broad-spectrum SPF, meaning that your sunscreen protects from both UVA and UVB radiation.
Apart from sunscreens, try to go in the shade or use protective cloths, Umbrella, Shoes, and whatever product you can get for you.

Mindfulness and Sound Sleep

To Reverse Aging and Stay Young forever your skin needs to relax thus you need to keep your mind calm and have sound sleep. Try to sleep at 10 pm and get up by 5 or 6. This is the best time to have sound sleep. Always practice yoga and breathing exercises in the morning hours. You will see wonders. Always try to sleep in a room without electronic gadgets and power off cellphones, TV, and other electronic media 30-minutes before your intended bedtime. Before sleep does a gratitude prayer at night. Also, clean your bed and use a soft pillow.
